Design and development of projects with an intercultural approach
As part of its Training Plan, the Barcelona Interculturality Programme provides this course for NGO professionals in the city. Professionals working in the neighbourhoods have a key role to play in social cohesion and better ways of living together. Diversity management is, no doubt, a shared challenge, since organisations shape the cultural, social and community life of neighbourhoods and districts. These are places for living together, for interaction and expression, open to everybody and shaped by us all.
So this training course is an opportunity to develop skills and tools for improving professional work through projects and initiatives designed with an intercultural approach.
This training course provides contents that are applicable to varying contexts. Once training concludes, the Barcelona Interculturality Programme provides monitoring and advice in applying all skills acquired to everyday work.
