This offers an ongoing psycho-social service which deals with any social emergency situation in the city, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

Telephone care service against Gender Violence

They inform you on existing services throughout Catalonia against gender violence and advise you about the steps to follow facing a gender violence situation, by a concerned individual and/or professional. The can activate the Serious Crisis Intervention Service in the area of gender violence, for all City and County Councils throughout Catalonia. Available in 124 languages.

Do you need an urgent and comprehensive care?
Foster care services (CMAU-VM)

Emergency residential service for women who are experiencing gender violence and for their sons and daughters. Provides comprehensive care. It has 10 rooms with a maximum capacity of 27 places in stays of no more than 15 days. It works 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Access will be derivative from other Municipal Social Services.

This is a benchmark hospital for treating sexual assaults.

To request a visit: call from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In situations of urgency: go directly to the center from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17 h (if you can, call before).

HUMAN-TRAFFICKING UNIT

The Unit against human trafficking is a Barcelona City Council service that provides comprehensive (psychological, social and legal) care for victims who are trafficked for sexual exploitation and advises any social and professional organisations that so require it.

Local municipal services that offer information, care and advice in every field of interest for women and also provide them with access to several of the city’s resources.
There is a PIAD in every district. Contact the one closest to you.

General schedule:
· Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm.
· Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16 am to 19 pm.
