When

17/10/2017

The board members of a commercial organisation and the professional staff members responsible for its revitalisation now have the chance to take part in a training programme aimed at improving the skills needed for the management and the promotion and communication of these organisations. The programme begins on 25 October.

This is the Commerce and Growth Network programme, run by Barcelona City Council through its Department of Commerce, with the collaboration of the Business Advice Office (OAE), run by Barcelona Activa.

The programme is 40 hours long and is divided into two modules: the first is a 30-hour group training module where the participating organisations share good practices and synergies. Registration for this module is now open. The course starts on 25 October.

The second 10-hour module consists of individualised advice and support for each participant. The aim is to provide support for defining a strategic or working plan that contributes to the modernisation, transformation and strengthening processes carried out by participating organisations. The registration period for this module opens on 31 October.

The programme is aimed at: board members, executives and commercial management and revitalisation professionals belonging to commercial associations and hubs. The programme is divided into 5 content areas: strategic planning, operational objectives, association management, relations with members and management skills.

You can find more information about the programme and its activities, as well as access to the registration platform, on the Barcelona Activa – OAE website.
