From 1 April 2017, the Civic Response phone line 900 226 226 will be free to call exclusively to file complaints and make suggestions about the running of the city.
Citizens can call this free-phone number to pass on any warnings, reports of incidents, complaints, claims, suggestions and gratitude regarding the running of the city and its municipal services, all of which they can also do through this website’s on-line citizens response portal.
For example, citizens can report issues relating to public areas, urban furniture, cleaning, collecting dead animals, collecting household clothes, abandoned vehicles etc.
Every day from 8.00 am to 12.00 am.
You can also book an appointment in advance for citizen help and information offices (OAC), Mondays to Saturdays, from 8 am to 8 pm.
