Barcelona City Council's Strategic Framework and Roadmap for 2012-2015 is a document and tool where is contained the different strategic focus and objectives (City goals groups and City goals) defined by the political level, and also the goals (Strategic goals and Functional goals) and relevant actions defined in the management level that contribute in a decisive way in the accomplishment of the political priorities and goals. The Strategic Framework allows making explicit the alignment between the political strategy and the management strategy.
