Álvaro Frutos is currently working as a teacher/contributor at the Institut del Teatre and in various centres of education. In addition, since 2010 he has been director of the artistic group Los Negros.

The point of departure for these training sessions will be the development of consciousness of one’s own body and exploration of spontaneous movement. We will try to put into practice ways of inhabiting our bodies in present time. A workshop where leadership will be shared between body, breathing and three-dimensional consciousness (movement-action-consciousness), tools to help us conquer space and seduce our bodies.
