Workshop: "Wearable Sounds"

This two-day workshop will be the culmination of a research residency that Claire Williams and Merche Blasco will be undertaking at Hangar. The research will be centred on exploring the creative intersections between the electromagnetic field (EMF), textiles, instrument design and performance.

 

Those attending this workshop will be invited to take part in a multichannel concert arranged to take place at Hangar on 26 July, in which EMF and performance space will be explored and interpreted.

Cost of materials: 40 €. For use of materials 40 € must be paid one week before the workshop.

No previous knowledge of electronics or sewing required.
