Personal-data protection policy:

The procedures of the Institut Municipal d'Hisenda (Municipal Tax Office) require users’ personal data: name, surname, address, etc., to carry out the procedure requested by the user, and they comply with the security and confidentiality conditions required under current legislation in each case.

This data is stored in the corresponding Barcelona City Council computerised files, in accordance with the current legislation or regulations in each case.

Barcelona City Council guarantees all the personal data collected will be treated confidentially and that organisational and technical measures will be taken to ensure such data are secure.

Exercising the right to access, cancel, rectify or oppose, as provided for in the Act 15/99 on Personal Data Protection (LOPD)
