Guidelines to create and manage digital service with agile methodology and open standards in the Barcelona City Council
It has been created a collection of digital transformation guides, publics and shared with all citizens and organizations, in order to help all areas of the City Council to promote the process of open digitalization.
In October, Barcelona held the second Annual Conference for the Decidim community, the digital tool for citizen participation based on free software and promoted by the Barcelona City Council.
Participation. The Annual Metadecidim Conference saw 300 users, hacktivists, programmers and experts getting together to improve the Decidim participatory platform.
Tecnologia. By backing open source and open standards to ensure technological sovereignty, the City Council is boosting efficiency and cutting costs.
PARTICIPACIÓ. A participatory process has been started this month to rethink the future of the Poblenou neighbourhood and the 22@ area via the decidim.barcelona platform.
