The Documentation Center is a regular recipient of donations of books, magazines and other types of documents, old and new, made by companies, institutions and individuals.
Documents are officially incorporated into the reserves of the Documentation Center when they meet the current selection and acquisition critieria, provided that they are not photocopies, incomplete documents, in bad condition, underlined, or identified as the property of an institution other than the one making the donation.
Donated documents, with the exception of archival reserves or special collections, are generally distributed within the collection according to their content and/or features.
How can I make a donation?
A donation can be made by filling out the attached donation form or by sending an email or letter with a description of the documents and a your contact information.
