Are we talking about cooking, design... or both?

One of the star events of the exhibition TAPAS. Spanish Design for Food is the series of dialogues between chefs and designers which will take place at Museu del Disseny itself.

How should the relationship be established between them? Working together from the start, should they be made to order, to adapt the dish to the design? Can you achieve different experiences with the same content just by changing the container?

All these questions will be answered at the three conferences in which we will discuss design and cooking, two areas that are becoming ever more closely related and inseparable.
