  • Inés i Emilio Moreno

Emilio Moreno and his niece Inés, winner of the Competition of Early Music of Juventudes Musicales de España, finalist of the Bach Contest of Leipzig, and also daughter of the musician José Miguel Moreno, offer us from the family field a small recital that includes works for violin or viola and harpsicord of the family of the favorite composer of the Moreno, Johann Sebastian Bach (considering Telemann, godfather of Carl Philipp Emanuel, member of the family).

The instruments chosen for this concert are the Contreras violin (1741) and the Zell harpsicord (1737) owned by the Museu de la Música, magnificent contemporary instruments to the concert repertoire. With works by Johann Sebastian, Carl Philipp Emanuel, Johann Christian, Wilhelm Friedemann and Johann Bernhard Bach.

Emilio Moreno, violin and viola
Inés Moreno Uncilla, harpsicord

Concert included in the cycle The Music of the Museum. Original Instruments in Good Hands.
