Improving health and hygiene conditions in public commercial establishments. This means work carried out by bars, restaurants and similar establishment to adapt the toilets and/or kitchens on their premises. Proposals must include sustainability improvements and energy-saving mechanisms, such as automatic on/off light switches, water saving systems etc. Toilets on the premises must be made more accessible, adapting them to the regulations currently in force.
Adaptations resulting from the establishment of a new business are explicitly excluded from this.
Grants may cover up to 25% of the cost of such work.
