[ENGLISH] Operation for the media for the demonstration “No tinc por”

The public demonstration “I’m not afraid” is due to take place from 6:00 pm on Saturday 26 August. It will follow a route from Jardinets de Gràcia (Passeig de Gràcia at the junction with Diagonal) up to Plaça Catalunya. The head of the demonstration will be at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes.
In Plaça Catalunya a stage will be erected where the final act of the demonstration will be held. Details of this act will be available shortly.
To facilitate the work of any media organisations that wish to cover the demonstration, the following media points have been set up:
ZONE A. HEAD OF THE DEMONSTRATION This area is exclusively for television crew and photographers. Reporters will not have access to this area. Access to this area will be via Carrer Casp at the junction with Passeig de Gràcia.
ZONE B. PLAÇA CATALUNYA FOUNTAINS. This area is intended for television crew that need to broadcast live or make live connections in small format (camera + journalist) to report on how the demonstration is developing. Access to this area will be via Rambla de Catalunya.
ZONE C. NEXT TO THE STAGE PLAÇA DE CATALUNYA. This area is intended for journalists following the route from the start to the central stage. At one side platforms will be installed for graphic media. A work space will be set up for reporters close to the stage and radio broadcasters will have a connection enabling them to pick up the sound of the event taking place on the stage. Access to this area will be via Rambla de Catalunya.
ZONES A AND C CAN BE ACCESSED BETWEEN 4:00 PM AND 5:30 PM.
ZONE B CAN BE ACCESSED BEFORE 4:00 PM. THE EXACT OPENING TIME WILL BE SPECIFIED SOON.
ACCREDITATION
Accreditation for media organisations wishing to access these areas will be taking place untill 24 August at 9:00 pm. No-one will be accredited outside this time period.
REGISTRATION PERIOD CLOSED To get accreditation, you need to complete the form which can be found at www.notincpor.barcelona
The accreditations will be confirmed by email and can be collected from Barcelona Town Hall (access via Plaça de Sant Miquel) on Saturday 26 August between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
PARKING FOR MOBILE UNITS
Parking for mobile units will be provided behind the fountains in Plaça Catalunya (zone B) and next to Carrer de Bergara. To get authorisation for mobile units (or other requests), send an email to premsa@bcn.cat, specifying the vehicle model, registration number and the details of the technicians or staff from the mobile unit who must be duly identified.
In upcoming announcements, information will be provided on the set up.
Outside this area of Plaça Catalunya, media organisations with any specific requirements or needs will have to forward their requests to gu_oit@bcn.cat
INSTITUTIONAL SIGNAL
TV3 will be offering an institutional broadcast of the demonstration to any media organisations that require it via satellite and from Collserola. In upcoming announcements, information and the corresponding details will be provided.
