Consult the archives and collections of the Municipal Archives. You can search for records referring to the Consell de la Ciutat, the old council, as well as the modern City Council, private or institutional files, among other documents.
Access the monographs and periodicals that make up the Library and Press Library fonds.
These include biographies and articles on Barcelona’s history and culture, published in the city’s main newspapers and magazines. The oldest date from the 19th century.
