Barcelona’s streets are full of festive spirit again as it marks International LGBTI Pride Day and asserts LGBTI rights and freedoms. This year’s festival image conveys a clear and powerful message: Barcelona is proudly diverse and asserts its diversity by fighting LGBTI-phobia.

The campaign colours come from the updated LGBTIQ+ flag and are projected as a ray that shows the desire for empowerment and pride among the people of Barcelona. Pride fills the streets, squares, libraries and community centres with a highly diverse range of activities based around the images of ‘Orgull de Barri’ (Neighbourhood Pride) and ‘Orgull de Museus’ (Museum Pride).
