One of the most ancient bakeries of Barcelona managed from 1977 for Bertran's family. They are specialists in 1% artisan and ecological bread cooked in it's own wood owen. An special mention is his kamut and spelt bread. They are popular in the city for it's specialities in pastries, like their croissants (of chocolate, sweet ones, salty ones and minis), the typical catalan coca and the emblematic ensaïmades (of spaghetti squash jam, of cream...).
