Koku Kitchen Buns offers one of the most famous street food in Asia, the Hirata Bun, which is steamed in bamboo to maximize lightness and fluffiness. The fillings are varied and for every taste: pork, beef, chicken or varied mushrooms. Besides the famous Buns, here you can also find the traditional dish of Japanese rice and its more colourful variant: the Don.
