Ciutat Vella’s Labour Rights Defence Spot, located in Salvador Seguí Square (el Raval), in front of the Filmoteca, strengthens its customer attention service with a new appointment and opening hours system.

Ciutat Vella’s Labour Rights Defence Spot, located in Salvador Seguí Square (el Raval), in front of the Filmoteca, strengthens its customer attention service with a new appointment and opening hours system. These changes have been introduced thanks to the experience gained during the last months and their goal is to give better counseling, mainly for those people living in the neighbourhood of Ciutat Vella and working in the District.

Ciutat Vella’s Labour Rights Defence Spot, located in Salvador Seguí Square (el Raval), in front of the Filmoteca, strengthens its customer attention service with a new appointment and opening hours system. These changes have been introduced thanks to the experience gained during the last months and their goal is to give better counselling, mainly for those people living in the neighbourhood of Ciutat Vella and working in the District.

In order to improve communication with the Spot, a new phone number for direct contact and an e-mail address to schedule an appointment have been created. If you have any doubt regarding to your rights and want to schedule an appointment, please call us on +34. 93.234.61.20 or write to dretslaboralscv@barcelonactiva.cat.

Moreover, if you don’t schedule an appointment, you can also receive counselling during the opening hours. Specifically, on Tuesdays, 9.00–14.00 and 15.00—18.00; and on Thursdays, 10.00–14.00 and 16.00–19.00.

This project comes under the Ciutat Vella’s Economic Development Plan 2016 – 2021, a road map promoted by Barcelona Activa and the District of Ciutat Vella and aimed at encouraging a plural, diverse and strong economy among the area, in order to take action to deal with dynamics like precarious work, economic monoculture or gentrification. On the other hand, it’s also meant to promote sectors and fields like health care, social and solidarity-based economy, culture, local businesses and urban small-scale production.
