The professional advice is made in situ in the establishments and, it is offered to the merchants of the Districts of Nou Barris, Sant Andreu, Sant Martí, Sants-Montjuïc, Ciutat Vella and Horta-Guinardó.

The businesses of the Districts of Nou Barris, Sant Andreu, Sant Martí, Sants-Montjuïc, Ciutat Vella and Horta-Guinardó can benefit from the individualized advice thanks to the ‘Comercio a punto’ program. Until June 12, all merchants from these Districts interested in receiving advice can apply to participate.

You must fill out a form in which merchants can explain their situation and the area in which they need support. It is a 12-hour professional advice that is done in situ, in the best establishments, and includes sales strategies, window dressing, customer loyalty or accounting, among other topics. It will be held in the hours arranged between the applicants and the advisory companies, between June 15 and November 30.

Once the form has been completed, a few days after the appraisal of the applications, the establishments where the assessments will be carried out will be notified.

Especially, although not in a discriminatory way, applications from establishments that belong to associations of merchants, participate in territory activities or social projects, as well as emblematic stores and those that develop a trade, will be evaluated.

‘Comercio a Punto’ is an initiative promoted by the Directorate of Commerce and Barcelona Activa with the collaboration of the districts of the city. Sixty stores participated in the 2017 edition. In this year’s announcement, the districts of Horta-Guinardó and Sant Martí are added to those of Nou Barris, Sant Andreu, Sants-Montjuïc and Ciutat Vella. In each of the Districts, a total of 20 establishments will receive advice.
