For a more inclusive and sustainable Barcelona

The Barcelona Design centre and B Lab have come together to find innovative solutions for a sustainable city and future. They have done so through the public consultation La Meva Ciutat + B, which is already available via this link.

Among other questions, the survey proposes the evaluation of aspects such as inclusion, housing, town planning, green spaces, energy and mobility, and suggests what the sustainable development priorities in Barcelona should be.

This survey and a subsequent open and participative assessment will be the starting points of the event that will take place on 16 October at the Disseny Hub Barcelona. This is B Citizen Lab, a participative learning and meeting place with the objective of jointly identifying the challenges and opportunities for creating a more prosperous, inclusive and sustainable Barcelona, in which design, no doubt, has a lot to bring to the table.

B Citizen Lab is organised by B Lab Spain, Barcelona Design centre and Lichen Social Innovation and is framed within Barcelona+B, the Barcelona Design Week and New European Bauhaus. It is the first of a series of activities with the mission to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations for 2030 (SDGS2030).

You can find more information on the event and enrol via this link.
