The aim of treating adolescents and young men is to encourage them to take a critical look at their own masculinity and build alternative, healthier relationships that are more equal and more respectful.
The programme contents deal with aspects such as:
- Gender roles in couples.
- Romantic love.
- Gender violence and gender stereotypes.
- Alternative relationship models to violence.
SAH Joves staff support and help adolescents and young men to define their own treatment plan, as well as offering them information, advice, individual psychological care spaces and group treatment to equip them with the tools and social skills that might enable them to improve their life satisfaction and well-being.
