Barcelona Activa’s Socioeconomic Innovation department launches a socio-business advisory service aimed at organizations that directly provide professional care services. The support is aimed at companies that perform services such as caring for dependents, home care and personal assistance, with a comprehensive vision and in the values of the Social and Solidarity Economy.
Barcelona Activa offers advice of between 10 and 15 hours of technical support in the areas of Communication and marketing, Internal organization, Business model and viability and Financing routes, with the aim of strengthening the participating projects in business terms. This advice will be personalized, adapted to the needs of each initiative and at agreed times with the professionals of the Labcoop cooperative, specialized in this type of accompaniment in the sector of personal care.
The general structure of the accompaniments, which will take place between September and November 2020, is as follows:
- Identification of needs and design of the work plan: initial interview where the critical area will be identified and where each project has more opportunities for improvement, an accompaniment plan will be agreed.
- Development and monitoring of the work plan: identify difficulties and provide recommendations to achieve the agreed objectives. Conducting the advice.
- Assessment and recommendations for the future: evaluating and evaluating the work carried out and having a series of recommendations for the future in the critical area worked on.
