Resurfacing work is to be carried out at the junction between Tuset and Trav. Gràcia on 2 March as part of the work to improve urban space under the Pla Endreça. The work will be carried out between 8 am and 8 pm, with restrictions on traffic and signposted diversions that guarantee the circulation of buses in Travessera de Gràcia.

Disruptions to mobility

The resurfacing will be carried out on Sunday to minimise its impact for users, with workers on hand to direct traffic. Traffic will be unable to use the junction, with a single lane kept in operation exclusively for buses travelling along Travessera de Gràcia.

The work means that private vehicles using Travessera de Gràcia on 2 March will be diverted into C/ Aribau, while vehicles in Aribau will be unable to turn right towards Travessera de Gràcia and will have to carry on in the direction of the mountains. Vehicles using C/ Tuset will be diverted into C/ Granada del Penedès, with the direction of traffic temporarily reversed here. Access to car parks will be fully guaranteed.

The work is part of the project to widen pavements, reorganise pedestrian crossings and redistribute lanes while maintaining road capacity. The work began on 17 February and

will continue until 28 February. The work corresponds to the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan, which will entail an investment of 435 million euros through until 2027 to ensure that public space functions well.
