La Febrerada
La Febrerada: Barcelona SSE Celebration and Gathering
Meeting spaces and discussions on challenges and trends, an inspirational talk and a highly festive evening! All this and more are in store at La Febrerada on 2 February.
The goal in the morning (at Bloc4BCN) is to generate discussion on the potential of digital transformation as way of driving different SSE initiatives and moving forward in the efficiency and consolidation of this sector.
The event will also offer a meeting space for sharing the work done through the Assembly over the last year, and for showing how this ecosystem is now a reality in the city.
In the evening we’ll be changing the scenario, with the celebrations moving on to Paral•lel 62.
The day is organised in two parts: a morning session for reflection and inspiration and a festive evening with shows and concerts.
- The morning session is being held at Bloc4BCN (C/ Constitució, 19) from 9 am to 2 pm, with an inspirational talk and discussion groups on the impact of the digital transformation in the SSE. Find out the programme and sign up via the form.
- The afternoon session is at Av. Paral•lel, 62, from 7.30 pm. Anna Pacheco (from Ciberlocutorio de Radio Primavera Sound) will be opening the festive section with a live programme to showcase the city’s SSE in an easy-going and fun way. (Free admission, but registration needed in advance).
- In the evening, from 9:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m., and also at Avinguda del Paral•lel, 62, the party will continue with concerts by four bands led by women (free access):
9.30 pm Fox
10.40 pm Tribade
11.50 p.m. Mercabanda
1.00 a.m. DJ Trapella
The fun continues at Paral•lel 62 from 9.30 pm to 2 am, with concerts by four groups headed by women (line-up to be published shortly). Free and open access.
Admission to Paral•lel 62 is free and open to everybody, with advance booking only required for the programme by Anna Pacheco, which has a limited capacity owing to the technical needs of the venue.
La Febrerada is part of the City Agreement for the Barcelona 2030 Social and Solidarity Economy Strategy.
If you attended last year, you’ll want to come back. If you weren’t able to, you won’t want to miss out this time!
