With the ESS everything can change!

Friday, February 7, the 3rd Barcelona ESS Meeting and Festival.

La Trobada

In the morning, from 9am to 3pm, the Trobada will take place at Bloc4BCN, the space for debates, relationships and inter-cooperation of the social and solidarity economy (ESS) of Barcelona.

During the morning, there will be parallel sessions debating fundamental issues that the #ESSBCN2030 City Strategy is working on in its working groups:

  • Expanding reach without expanding budget: Disruptive strategies to bring the SSE closer.
  • Attracting talent to the SSE: Value proposition and best practices.
  • Map of digitalization in Barcelona.
  • Traveling to the future of the SSE: What role have we played in achieving the ecosocial transition?

In the middle of the morning, participants will meet for a plenary session dedicated to leadership in the SSE, delving deeper into how its management occurs in organizations and companies.

Participation in the February Meeting can be done by prior registration through this link.

The Party where everything can change: music, social and solidarity economy and humor

From 8:30 p.m., the Febrerada in festive format moves to the Paral·lel 62 room. And it does so at the party where everything can change, by explaining with humor and music to the young audience (and the not so young) how one can live with the ESS of Barcelona in the fundamental and important aspects of life (work, housing, consumption, food, mobility and many other areas and sectors).

The start of the Party (at 8:30 p.m.) will be with the comedian Ana Polo, leading a round of monologues by Godai Garcia, Alba Segarra, Març Llinàs and Irene Minovas. The night will continue with concerts by La Ludwig Band, La Mercabanda (cover band) and DJ Siria until 1:30 a.m., filling the room with music and partying.

Admission is free and can be obtained through Tickètic. Don't let them tell you, the party where everything can change!

La Festa on tot pot canviar: música, economia social i solidària i humor
