Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (BSM) is a Barcelona City Council company founded in 2002 with the aim of unifying the municipal provision of services to city residents in a single company. The activities currently managed by BSM are varied in nature and include aspects related to mobility through to managing benchmark installations committed to culture, recreation and biodiversity.

Considered by BSM to be among its basic management principles is carrying out its activities with a high level of quality and service to ensure that results in line with customers’ expectations are achieved, while respecting the environment and guaranteeing the health and safety of their team of staff.
