Barcelona City Council

This call aims to award subsidies on a non-competitive, first come, first served basis until all the funds have been allocated and within the limits established in the municipal budgets to local retailer associations in the city of Barcelona.

The aim of this call is to help keep the city of Barcelona clean and tidy by tidying up shops and restaurants and to promote the city as a space for peaceful coexistence and civic behaviour.

This call is aimed exclusively at local retailer associations in the city of Barcelona. These associations must be non-profit organisations based in the city of Barcelona, the project must be carried out in the city of Barcelona, and they must meet the conditions and requirements established in section 8 of this call. The retailer associations should include in their project a minimum of ten associated commercial establishments where the subsidised action will be carried out. 

The application submission period is open for twenty working days and starts the day after the call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona.

The applicant should submit the application in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations; it is, therefore, mandatory to submit the application (duly completed and signed) and the rest of the required documentation via the e-headquarters of Barcelona City Council.
