The 2025 call for subsidy applications to foster protection and improvement of the urban landscape in the city of Barcelona is now open. Its aim is to foster rehabilitation and restoration actions to improve the urban landscape with a view to promoting the recovery of heritage elements while ensuring environmental sustainability. This call for applications places special emphasis on:

• Recovering architectural heritage in the city for all city residents to enjoy.
• Improving the urban landscape by improving the image of small retail establishments, and in particular emblematic
• shops.
• Integrating dividing walls into the landscape.
• Naturalisation initiatives on built heritage, and particularly the implementation of green roofs.

The application submission period begins on May 2, 2025, and ends on November 17, 2025, or on the date the call for applications is closed.
