This menu requires arrow keys to be able to use it. The menu has up to three levels:

  • First level: main menu options
  • Second level: sub-options for elements from the first level
  • Third level: sub-options for elements from the second level

Browsing instructions:

  • Browse using the horizontal arrow keys on the first level of the menu.
  • Display and browse on the second level using the vertical arrow keys.
  • Use the Escape key to get back to the first level.
  • Use the right arrow key to display the third level.
  • Browse the third level by using the vertical arrow keys.
  • Use the Escape key to get back to the second level.

Citizen Communication Channels

Barcelona City Council offers face-to-face, telephone and online communication channels to carry out consultations, report incidents and lodge complaints, perform municipal procedures and receive information about the city.

Online  ‍  Here you can request city-related information, carry out procedures and make complaints and suggestions, without having to go into an office in person.+ 
In person  ‍  Consult the Citizen Help and Information Offices (OAC), the specialised offices and registration points that the City Council has distributed throughout the city.+ 
Municipal social networks ‍  Social networks are increasingly becoming a tool for communication with the Administration. Use the Barcelona City Council social networks.+ 
Telephone support ‍  You have at your disposal the 010 telephone helpline (931 537 010 if you’re calling from outside Barcelona) and the “City Council calls you” service, where you will be assisted by phone or videocall, on a day and at a time agreed to by prior appointment.+ 
Citizen newsletter ‍  Consult the various official bulletins on the city of Barcelona.+ 
Citizen advice and information service charter ‍  The Citizen Advice service offers you information on the services available to city residents.+
