This menu requires arrow keys to be able to use it. The menu has up to three levels:

  • First level: main menu options
  • Second level: sub-options for elements from the first level
  • Third level: sub-options for elements from the second level

Browsing instructions:

  • Browse using the horizontal arrow keys on the first level of the menu.
  • Display and browse on the second level using the vertical arrow keys.
  • Use the Escape key to get back to the first level.
  • Use the right arrow key to display the third level.
  • Browse the third level by using the vertical arrow keys.

Telephone communication channels for citizens

In addition to the 010 telephone helpline, which provides information, enables you to complete administrative procedures, submit suggestions, and lodge complaints, the City Council also provides a Civic Centre line,  112 as an emergency telephone number and the "The City Council calls you" service.


Information and administrative procedures number

The 010 telephone helpline manages and supports a large part of Barcelona City Council’s procedures portfolio. It deals with citizens’ enquiries and complaints regarding the different public services and provides information about facilities and events scheduled to take place in the city.

112 emergency line

In addition to the 010 telephone helpline, which provides information, enables you to complete administrative procedures, submit suggestions, and lodge complaints, the City Council also provides a Civic Centre line, and the 112 emergency line.

Civic response telephone

The Civic Response phone line is dedicated specifically to complaints and suggestions regarding the city cleaning services, maintenance and control of the urban areas.

The City Council calls you

Information and procedures service where the staff at the Citizen Help and Information Offices deal with citizens’ enquiries in a personalised way via phone call or video call, on a previously arranged day and time.
