Civic-Behaviour Telephone Hotline

From 1 April 2017, the Civic Response phone line 900 226 226 will be a free service for making city-related complaints and suggestions.

Citizens can call this free-phone number to pass on any warnings, reports of incidents, complaints, claims, suggestions and gratitude over the running of the city and its municipal services, all of which they can also do through this website’s on-line assistance portal.

For example, citizens can report problems relating to public areas, urban furniture, cleaning, the collection of dead animals, the collection of household clothes and the detection of abandoned vehicles.
