    You can carry out and follow up on many municipal procedures from here, without having to set foot outside your home. You can also download documentation required for face-to-face procedures.

    Records applications, documents or communications relating to procedures and telecommunication systems.

  • Information Inquiries, Complaints and Suggestions

    Through this channel you can submit a request for information or consultation, issues, complaints and suggestions, in relation to the operation of the city or municipal services.

    This secure e-participation channel lets you inform us of any action or omission that goes against the principles of good governance to strengthen public management.
