The Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona is a complete success

Over 11,000 runners was taking part in the fun run this Sunday 24 October.

On Sunday, 24 October, the Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona 2021 took place. The fifth alkaline lieutenant, Albert Batlle, and Sports Councillor, David Escudé, have shot the test out at 9 a.m. The 22nd edition of the race has had over 11,000 participants who have rejoined the sport in the city.


Abdesamad Oukhelfen and Meritxell Soler, race champions

In male category, the Rev. Abdesamad Oukhelfen has imposed a spectacular 28-minute record and 19 seconds 10 kilometres. Second place runner Víctor Ortiz-Rivera has been ranked with a 29-minute 18-second record. Finally, the third place was for Adam Maijó, with a time of 29 minutes and 19 seconds.

In female category, the triumph was for runner Meritxell Soler, who crossed the finish line with 33 minutes and 33 seconds. He has been accompanied in the plazas of podium Cristina Silva with a record of 34 minutes and 4 seconds, and Barbara Ramon, with a time of 34 minutes and 44 seconds.

The Barcelona Bomber Race has also featured more than 300 firefighters and firefighters. The first of these to cross the finish line was Daniel Alvarez, with a spectacular time of 30 minutes and 30 seconds. The first bomber was Gemma Font, with a time of 42 minutes and 40 seconds.

This year, the test has maintained the traditional route through the city’s most prominent streets. Unlike previous editions, corridors have been divided into three drawers of 3,500 people with approximately three different exit hours at 9:00, 9.06h and 9.12h. Previously, a symbolic exit shot was given at 8:50 for the firefighter and firefighter team of over 300 members.
