Sporá Prógrama_Amanda Piña

Sporá Prógrama was born with the aim of promoting the flow of practices, tools and methodologies in the local context. Creators are invited to generate an encounter in order to share their interests and their current research process.

Amanda Piña, the Mexican-Chilean artist and cultural worker living in Austria, proposes a laboratory set in a post-pandemic context that seeks an understanding and experiencing of the body as a place for grounding, related on multiple scales, from micro to macro. A body that is part of other bodies and, in turn, is made up of other bodies.

In this laboratory you will share practices relevant to the creation and research of the Danses Cimàtiques project, a work in progress that will be previewed in La Caldera on the 22nd and 23rd of July as part of the Festival Grec 2020.
