Escena Germinal 2019
Escena Germinal is a certamen organised by by Nau Ivanow and Projecte Ingenu. The project aims to foster encounters and dialogue among professionals and highlight the importance of the process of stage creation with the conviction that slow theatre and creative experience can be driving forces for progress and artistic and vital exchange. This is the third edition of an experience that aims to promote situations that can become seeds for future growth (germen).
In this year’s edition there will be two creation seminars:
GERMEN 1: Xevi TaGa "Els cants harmònics, l'escolta i la creativitat" (“Harmonic Singing, Listening and Creativity”)
GERMEN 2: Cris Blanco "Seminari de creació" (“Creation Seminar”)

Application Deadline and Price
The standard price for each seminar is 280€, 240€ if registration takes place before 1 August and 260€ before 15 September. The usual cost of each seminar is 350 €.
Information about the seminars
GERMEN 1 - Xevi TaGa "Els cants harmònics, l'escolta i la creativitat"
Programme:
- Listening practice with the body, in relation to physical aspects that help us produce harmonic singing.
- Vocal experimentation, linked to harmonics.
- Create spaces to awaken organically inside each participant the relations between each sound and its harmonic.
- Establish spaces for improvisation and creation.
- No experience with harmonic singing or voice necessary.
Xevi TaGa is a musician, singer and instrumentalist specialising in voice.

GERMEN 2 – Creation Seminar
The transformation of codes and objects, the mixing of stage genres, live music, visual tricks, science fiction and the visibility of theatre equipment are all present in this project. Cris Blanco has wide-ranging experience in workshops and educational projects, having tought throughout Spain and Latin America.

Conditions
Participants will have access to accommodation, full board, travel costs to Maçanet de Cabrenys and maintenance costs, as well as their chosen seminar.
