• Legal Entities of Spanish nationality, from any member state of the European Union or from signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. These entities must be not-for-profit organisations, be legally constituted on the date of the application deadline and have fiscal domicile in Spain.
• Excluded from applying are individuals, Public Administrations and their autonomous organisms, public companies and other public organisations.
• The grant holders may not receive grants from more than three consecutive competitions.
• Recipients cannot include individuals or entities affected by any of the prohibitions according to the terms set out in Article 13 of The General Subsidies Act (LGS) 38/2003, of 17 November.

Activities and their arising expenses must be resolved between 1 January 2019 and 31 March 2020.

The maximum ascribable amount imputable for the subsidy will be 2 040 000 €.

The budget estimates must be submitted with a table for income and another for expenses. The amounts must coincide.

1- The application form is exclusively in online format and can be found at the following link: http://www.culturaydeporte.gob.es/cultura-mecd/areas-cultura/industriasculturales. The entire form must be completed in Spanish.

Applications will be completed by the individual acting on behalf of or as representative of the applying entity (with digital certification).

2- A maximum of one application per account holder may be submitted. The application may only consider carrying out one project.

3- Applications will be submitted with the following documentation:

• Digital copy of card with ID number for tax purposes (NIF)
• Digital copy of public deed of constitution inscribed in the corresponding register. This includes the foundational act and up to date statues of the entity.
• Digital copy of the power of attorney inscribed in the corresponding register, in the case that the legal representative does not appear listed in the public deed of constitution.
• Digital copy of the project and report of the organisation’s activities over the last two years.
• Estimate of income and expenses (according to the standardised model found at the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Culture and Sports); signed by the legal representative of the entity.
• Any other documentation, declaration or acceptance that may be included in the electronic application form.

4- Complementary information considered necessary may be required.

5 – The grant application will imply compliance with the stipulations of this grant call.
