'The Future of Cultural Institutions' at FABER (Olot)

1 June, 2019 - 00:01 to 12 July, 2019 - 23:59

Faber organises various ‘thematic stays’ throughout the year in which professionals from the world of arts, sciences and humanities can spend a short period of time (between one and three weeks) working on their projects and sharing experiences with other residents. During the stay, residents work together on activities aimed at students, professionals or the general public; activities that will be structured around a project that will take into account prior requests and necessities.

This residency season sees a call for managers, directors and other staff of different cultural institutions, historians, economists, politicians, cultural journalists, artists, actors, musicians, researchers and professionals in the proposed field. The aim is to stimulate debate among all attendees on the challenges facing institutions such as museums, libraries, foundations, cultural centres and all types of organisation or entity.

Faber is a project under the auspices of the Ajuntament d'Olot and the Institut Ramon Llull.

More information about the open call can be found here.
