Barcelona City Council presents its digital strategy for more accessible and people-centred social services at Dreamforce
Between 14 to 16 October, the City Council will be present at Dreamforce, the global Salesforce event held in San Francisco. Dreamforce is the most important annual conference organised by Salesforce, a leading platform in citizen relations management solutions and digital transformation for the public and private sectors.
Directors from the Municipal Institute of Social Services and the IMI will participate in the main Public Sector conference entitled “Incorporating agents into public administrations”. This will be an opportunity to share the City Council’s commitment and roadmap to modernise management and improve the efficiency and accessibility of different municipal services with solutions that use Salesforce. Specifically, they will explain how the transformation of the social services information system will offer a fluid experience to both citizens and social services professionals as well as representing a step forward in achieving a robust social care management system that, at the same time, will harness the possibilities offered by AI to make social services more proactive, closer and more people-centred.
