How must Christmas have been celebrated in the home of the Neddermann sisters? Meritxell and Judit invite you to get an idea as they perform the tunes from the record Present , a survey of popular Catalan Christmas carols run through the sisters’ sieve, with the collaboration of prominent musicians like Ferran Savall and the sisters Ahyvin and Ahylin Bruno. Meritxell and Judit, who were born into a family of musicians, have carved a niche for themselves on the Catalan music scene, each taking her own pathway.

Judit Neddermann is a singer and composer and has published six solo records and another record with her sister, the pianist and singer Meritxell Neddermann. She has teamed up with artists like Joan Manuel Serrat, Alejandro Sanz, Pedro Guerra, MARO, Noa, Jorge Drexler, Andrés Suárez, Rozalén, Miguel Poveda, Macaco and many others.  You may have seen her singing with The Gramophone Allstars or working with the pianist Clara Peya in a joint project with the Quartet Brossa, El Viatge d’hivern or with Coetus. In 2020, Meritxell Neddermann released her first solo record, In the Backyard of the Castle , and is currently releasing her second, Suelta . She is also part of artist Jorge Drexler’s band.
