Calidoscòpica is an invitation from dancer, performer and choreographer Sonia Gómez to Encarni Espallargas, a performative musical show that depicts the encounter between two women.
The piece revolves around the experiences of both performers, considering health, creativity and wellbeing. Intertwined dynamics are used to create a story that invites you to play, and to imagine what life would be like from a perspective distorted by productive or paralysis schizophrenia.
It seeks to explore productivity and the kind of filter needed to become visible, and also to show the potential that the stigmatised 'madness' or mental disorder can have at first hand.
