The American company Ephrat Asherie Dance brings the New York disco scene to this year's La Mercè festivities with their work Underscored .
Underscored is a multi-generational production featuring artists aged 29 to 81 that celebrates club culture from the 1970s until the present day by reviewing a wide range of music styles that include funk, disco and house, as well as decades of dance styles such as breaking, hip-hop, house, vogue, waacking and hustle.
