RCTV is a coupage protocol that through a radical systematic mix different wines following unconventional criteria, as a result a wine is obtained that promotes identity and territory values with its theoretical and conceptual character, and that goes beyond its gastronomic relevance.
RCTV is the result of a project of speculation that has to do with concepts of cooperation and common objectives, metaterritorial and not scientific or legal, and combines anthropology and politics oenology.
