This cycle offers undergraduate and master’s students from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya the opportunity to play a selection of musical instruments from the Museum of Music’s collection.
The sessions are conceived as rehearsals open to the public and not as conventional concerts, so that repetitions of passages, technical stops and even the exchange of impressions with the visiting public configure these informal encounters between performer, instrument and audience.
A proposal with multiple benefits: it allows students to get closer to historic and unique instruments, contributes to the conservation of instruments that need to be played and provides a unique experience to the visiting public.
