Air quality. As from December, cars which pollute the most and do not have a DGT label will not be allowed to circulate in the low emissions zone around the city’s ring roads.
Mobility. Public monitoring committees will be held every three months, in accordance with the information that needs to be communicated.
Municipal. Modifications to by-laws governing four taxes have been approved in order to boost local commerce, combat pollution and safeguard basic utilities for families at risk of social exclusion.
Ecology. The city backs more sustainable mobility, more green spaces, energy saving and the local generation of energy, as well as responsible consumption to help combat climate change.
Pollution. Restrictions on vehicles during pollution episodes will apply as from 1 December this year, except for vehicles used by people with reduced mobility, emergency services, medical staff and funeral services.
