Participatory Process of the Regulatory Byelaw of the Low-Emissions Zone
The participatory process for drafting the future regulatory byelaw on the Barcelona Ring Roads Low Emission Zone took place between June and September 2019. The process consisted of four face-to-face debates and a final proposal feedback session, in addition to an online forum on the municipal platform “Decidim”. Over 230 people took part in the process and 182 questionnaires were collected with citizen contributions to the byelaw.
