Many companies and organisations see the organisation and management of working time as a key factor in improving employee satisfaction, the working environment and attracting and retaining talent.
Nowadays, more than ever, the organisation and management of working time have become key aspects for companies and organisations. They are a fundamental axis for improving employee satisfaction and the working environment. Moreover, flexibility and innovation in the use of time are crucial for attracting and retaining talent and also for productivity. For all these reasons, companies can present their candidacy for the highest recognition awarded by the city of Barcelona in this field: the Barcelona Award for Innovative Companies in Organisation and Use of Time, which this year celebrates its eleventh edition.
The Barcelona Award for the Innovative Company in Organisation and Use of Time accepts applications from organisations with programmes or good practices aimed at gender co-responsibility, work-life balance, teleworking and organizational change, the right to digital disconnection, shorter working hours, longer maternity and paternity leave, reduction of working time with equal pay, healthy working hours and meals, diversity management or other results of equal time management.
It is very easy to participate: just fill in the registration form and submit it through the Virtual Procedures Office. You can do so until Tuesday 15 November 2022.
