Citizens Agora 2023. “City residents committed to building social cohesion"

Recognition of the social time of volunteers.
The Citizens Agora, part of the Citizen Agreement for an Inclusive Barcelona, is a space for recognising the social time of community and association project leaders who also donate their time to participate in these projects as committed volunteers.

It was set up in 2012 within the framework of TV3’s La Marató telethon to raise funds to combat energy poverty, and as it runs in two-year cycles, this year it reached its 6th edition. The Citizens Agora has become established as a space for recognising the work carried out by volunteers and, to date, 33 organisations in the Citizen Agreement have received the Actius de l’Acord award.
