OAC Videocall Service

Barcelona City Council now offers new information and procedures channels. Staff from the municipal citizen service offices contact citizens through a call or videocall, on the agreed date and time.

The aim of the service is to avoid unnecessary travel for citizens, providing them with quality care that respects people’s time without having to go in person to a Citizen Service Office.

In 2024, through the OAC Videocall Service, 14,251 appointments were carried out, in which 27,580 procedures were processed and 13,263 queries were answered.

Time Impacts:

  • Improved accessibility to municipal services.
  • Reduction of travel time and improvement of urban organization.
