Uses of Time

This action aims to make the school playgrounds of the city's schools public spaces for families, children and young people outside school hours, including weekends and vocational periods with the objective of optimizing the use of the schools by these children and young people, as well as providing time that represents an alternative educational type of leisure.

In the case of the Municipal Nursery Schools, this action is developed on Saturday mornings in some of the city's EBM.

During the year 2022 a pilot test has been developed in 4 municipal nursery school classrooms. Once this pilot test was completed, 10 more EBM classes were held every Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. During the opening hours, dynamic activities are programmed for children from 0-6 years of age in the neighborhood, whether or not they are users of the school.

This initiative will remain open from June 27th and will return in September, extending to 25 EBM classes.
