The Catalan Federation of Social Volunteering is a network of non-profit organizations that works to encourage, promote and recognize social volunteering in our country. Its political advocacy aims to ensure that volunteers and associations, for their valuable contribution to the democratic improvement of the country, are encouraged and recognized as such.
Social volunteering in Catalonia collaborates within organizations because they know the causes, are experts in social cohesion and can guarantee work for citizen transformation.
They bring together nearly 340 entities with which they promote resources and services to promote voluntary action. This task, carried out jointly with all the entities, impacts a total of around 85,000 volunteers.
